quickly as i pass by

today is the first day of spring. the weather outside my office window is perfect. i would recommend an afternoon of outdoor frolicking to anyone in the atlanta area that can afford to skip out of work. i will not be among you, but i will be wishing that i was. instead, i will be sitting in two hours of training. if reality were mine to bend, i would imagine into being a steep hill to ascend and one of these to ride it back down.

    I have my office window open, for it seems that Spring might have finally reached New Hampshire. It is a sunny, 60 degree day here, for a change, and the snow has at last begun melting. The kids are playing in the driveway down the street– every once in a while I can hear those big hollow plastic wheels skid across the pavement and giggles abound. I can’t see them, but it sounds delightful, and I am indeed jealous.
