con-vening

it has begun. dragoncon. i’m back again. the first day has come and gone, leaving my feet hurting and my eyes blurring. i am sitting here and i have every intention to write about the furious comic book legends, the disgruntled stars of television-gone-by, the strange popularity of an australian show about survivalist teenagers, the rabid gathering of blonde vampire afficionados, the obvious presence of atlanta’s finest, the amused looks on the faces of hyatt security guards, the sad absence of a law against undeserved corsetry, the welcome availability of hotel wireless access… but it is after 1am and i’ll have to start it all over again in about eight hours.

zzzzzzzzz.
