1989′s Batman was the best filmic rendition of the Caped Crusader’s story ever.

    I haven’t seen the film yet (a little quicker please, Bittorrent), but I enjoyed your review. There’s a long essay yet to be written (or read by me anyway) about how powerful comic book myths have become in this culture, and the role the film versions have played in making those myths what they are.

    I am not gonna read your review cause I am afraid you will have spoilers..and I want to drool with curiosity anew… :)
    Now after I see it and War of the Worlds.. it’ll be time to place bets on..the summer blockbuster… :)
    and for my taste allthough I love comic books and comic book characters..
    The Land of the Dead opens next weekend.. WOOHOOO..
