Numbers 6:5…there shall no razor come upon his head: until the days be fulfilled, in the which he separateth himself unto the LORD, he shall be holy, and shall let the locks of the hair of his head grow.

Nice try. The scripture fits when its used in a stand alone fashion as stated above, however when read in its entirety it is completely irrelevant to this discussion. In Numbers 6:5 the LORD spoke to Moses and told Moses to inform the Nazirites that if they wanted to make a special vow to God, they must have a period of separation. During this separation they are not to drink or eat anything that comes from a grapevine, go near a dead body, or shave his head. So again, this scripture applies to those who are in a PERIOD of consecration and separation and does not apply in the fashion of which you stated it. Prayerfully!
